1. Preparation

• Gather tools and parts before starting the repair.
• Disconnect the battery to ensure safety while working on the fuel system.

2. Access Fuel Level Sensor

• Lift the vehicle using a jack and secure it on jack stands.
• Remove the fuel tank shield (if equipped) by unscrewing the bolts with a socket set.
• Detach the fuel lines using a fuel line disconnect tool, being cautious of fuel spillage.

3. Remove and Inspect Fuel Level Sensor

• Locate the fuel level sensor at the top of the fuel tank.
• Unplug the wiring harness from the fuel level sensor.
• Remove the sensor by unscrewing any retaining screws or clips and gently lift it out of the tank.
