Solution

1. Preparation

• Gather tools and parts necessary for the repair.
• Disconnect the battery to ensure safety when working on electrical components.
• Allow the engine to cool before starting work.

2. Clean the Throttle Body

• Tools Required: Throttle body cleaner, rags, socket set.
• Remove the air intake duct to access the throttle body.
• Spray throttle body cleaner inside the throttle body and use a rag to wipe off any carbon buildup.
• Reinstall the air intake duct and securely fasten all clamps.

3. Replace Fuel Filter

• Tools Required: Fuel line disconnect tool, socket set, rags.
• Relieve the fuel system pressure by removing the fuel pump fuse and running the engine until it stalls.
• Use the fuel line disconnect tool to remove the old fuel filter.
• Install the new fuel filter in the correct orientation.
• Reconnect the fuel pump fuse and check for leaks.

4. Inspect and Replace Spark Plugs

• Tools Required: Socket set, torque wrench.
• Remove the ignition coil covers to access the spark plugs.
