Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather tools and parts needed for the bulb replacement.
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a flat surface and the engine is off.
  • Allow the headlights to cool if they have been used recently.

Tools Required:

  • Gloves (to avoid oil contamination on the bulb)
  • Flathead screwdriver or trim removal tool (if applicable)
2. Access the Headlight Assembly
  • Open the hood of the vehicle.
  • Locate the headlight assembly at the front of the engine bay.
  • If necessary, remove any covers or clips that obstruct access to the headlight bulb socket.
3. Remove the Old Headlight Bulb
  • Locate the headlight bulb socket at the rear of the headlight assembly.
  • Turn the bulb socket counterclockwise and pull it out gently.
  • Remove the old bulb from the socket by pulling it straight out.
4. Install the New Headlight Bulb
  • Take the new headlight bulb out of its packaging, holding it by the base to avoid touching the glass.
  • Insert the new bulb into the socket firmly until it is seated properly.
  • Reinsert the socket into the headlight assembly and turn it clockwise to lock it in place.
5. Reassemble and Test
  • If any covers or clips were removed, reattach them securely.
  • Close the hood of the vehicle.
  • Turn on the headlights to verify that the new bulb is functioning correctly.
