Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather all necessary tools and parts.
  • Make sure the vehicle is parked on a level surface, the engine is off, and the keys are removed from the ignition.
2. Access the Headlight Bulb
  • Open the hood of the Tiguan.
  • Remove the plastic cover or clips (if present) that protect the rear of the headlight assembly.
  • Locate the headlight bulb socket.
3. Remove the Old Headlight Bulb
  • Twist the bulb socket counterclockwise to release it from the assembly.

  • Insert the new bulb into the socket, ensuring it’s seated properly.
  • Twist the bulb socket clockwise to secure it back into the headlight assembly.
5. Reassemble and Test
  • Replace the plastic cover or clips over the headlight assembly.
  • Close the hood of the vehicle.
  • Turn on the headlights to verify that the new bulb is functioning properly.
