Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather tools and materials needed for the repair.
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface and the ignition is turned off.
2. Locate the Fuse Box
  • Open the driver's side door and locate the fuse box panel, which is typically found under the dashboard on the left side.
  • Use the owner's manual to confirm the exact location and access method for the fuse box.
3. Remove the Blown Fuse
  • Carefully open the fuse box cover.
  • Identify the blown fuse using the fuse diagram located on the inside of the fuse box cover or in the owner's manual.
  • Use a fuse puller or needle-nose pliers to gently pull the blown fuse out of its socket.
4. Install the New Fuse
  • Select a new fuse that matches the amperage rating of the blown fuse (clearly labeled on the fuse).
  • Insert the new fuse securely into the same socket from which the blown fuse was removed.
5. Reassemble and Test
  • Close the fuse box cover securely.
  • Turn on the vehicle's ignition and test the previously malfunctioning electrical component to ensure it is functioning properly.
