Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather necessary tools and parts.
  • Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery to ensure safety during the repair.
  • Remove the passenger side floor mat for easier access.
2. Remove the Glove Compartment
  • Open the glove compartment and remove any contents.
  • Unscrew the screws (usually T20 Torx) that secure the glove compartment to the dashboard.
  • Carefully pull the glove compartment out to access the blower motor.
3. Remove the Blower Motor
  • Locate the blower motor assembly at the back of the glove compartment area.
  • Disconnect the electrical connector from the blower motor.
  • Remove the retaining screws or clips holding the blower motor in place.

4. Install the New Blower Motor
  • Position the new blower motor into the housing.
  • Secure it with the retaining screws or clips.
  • Reconnect the electrical connector to the new blower motor.
5. Reassemble the Glove Compartment
