Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather necessary tools and parts.
  • Disconnect the vehicle battery to prevent electrical shorts.
  • Wear safety gloves and goggles.
2. Remove the Headlight Assembly
  • Tools Required: Socket set, Torx bit set
  • Locate and remove the screws or bolts securing the headlight assembly. Typically, these are found on the top and side of the headlight.
  • Carefully pull the headlight assembly forward to gain access to the rear of the headlight bulb.
3. Replace the Headlight Bulb
  • Disconnect the electrical connector from the back of the low beam headlight bulb by pressing the release tab.
  • Remove the faulty bulb by turning it counter-clockwise and pulling it out from the headlight assembly.
  • Insert the new bulb by aligning it properly and turning it clockwise until secure.
  • Reconnect the electrical connector to the new bulb.
4. Reinstall the Headlight Assembly
  • Align the headlight assembly back into its original position.
  • Secure it using the screws or bolts that were removed earlier. Ensure that all bolts are tightened to the manufacturer's specifications (usually around 7-10 Nm, but check service manual).
5. Test the Headlight Functionality
  • Reconnect the vehicle battery.
  • Turn on the vehicle and activate the low beam headlights to confirm functionality.
