Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather tools: small flathead screwdriver, multimeter, OBD-II scanner (optional).
  • Ensure you have a new battery of the correct type (e.g., CR2032).
2. Open the Key Fob
  • Use the small flathead screwdriver to gently pry open the key fob casing.
  • Be cautious to avoid damaging the clips that hold the fob together.
3. Replace the Battery
  • Remove the old battery and dispose of it properly.
  • Install the new battery, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) sides are aligned correctly.
