    • Floor jack and jack stands
    • Socket set
    • Torque wrench
    • Screwdrivers
    • Clutch alignment tool
  • Safety Warnings:
    • Disconnect the battery before starting work to avoid electrical shorts.
    • Allow the vehicle to cool down before working on the engine.
2. Remove the Transmission
  1. Lift the vehicle using a floor jack and secure it with jack stands.
  2. Remove the front wheels and splash guards.
  3. Disconnect the battery negative terminal.
  4. Remove the exhaust system if necessary for access.
  5. Detach the driveshafts from the transmission.
  6. Remove the transmission mount bolts and support the transmission with a jack.
  7. Unbolt the transmission from the engine and carefully slide it away.
3. Replace Clutch Components

  2. Inspect the flywheel for damage; machine or replace if necessary.
  3. Install the new clutch disc using the clutch alignment tool to ensure proper placement.
  4. Attach the new pressure plate and tighten the bolts to the specified torque (usually around 25-30 Nm).
  5. Ensure that the clutch release bearing is in good condition; replace if necessary.
4. Reassemble and Install Transmission
  1. Carefully position the transmission back onto the engine.
  2. Reattach the transmission mount and tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
  3. Reconnect the driveshafts and any other components removed earlier.
