1. Preparation

2. Clean or Replace the Idle Air Control Valve (IAC)

  2. Remove the electrical connector from the IAC.

  4. Clean the valve with throttle body cleaner if it is not damaged. If it is damaged, replace it with a new part.
  5. Reinstall the IAC and reconnect the electrical connector.
3. Clean the Throttle Body
  1. Remove the air intake hose connected to the throttle body.
