Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather necessary tools: a lint-free cloth or paper towel.
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface for an accurate reading.
2. Checking the Oil Level
  1. Locate the Dipstick

    • Open the hood and locate the oil dipstick. It is usually positioned near the engine block.
  2. Remove and Clean the Dipstick

    • Pull the dipstick out of its tube and wipe it clean with a lint-free cloth to remove any oil.
  3. Measure the Oil Level

    • Fully reinsert the dipstick back into the tube until it is seated properly.
    • Remove the dipstick again and observe the oil level. The dipstick will have markings indicating "Min" and "Max."
    • The oil level should be between these two marks.
  4. Add Oil if Necessary

    • If the oil level is below the "Min" mark, add the appropriate type of oil (check the owner’s manual for specifications).
    • Use a funnel to prevent spills and add oil gradually, checking the level after each addition.
  5. Secure the Dipstick and Close the Hood

    • Once the oil level is satisfactory, securely reinsert the dipstick and close the hood.
