Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather necessary tools: clean cloth or rag.
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface and the engine is off.
2. Locate the Power Steering Fluid Reservoir
  • Open the hood of the vehicle.
  • Identify the power steering fluid reservoir; it is usually located near the front of the engine bay, typically towards the driver's side.
3. Inspect Fluid Level
  • Remove the cap of the power steering fluid reservoir.
  • Wipe the dipstick (if equipped) or the inside of the reservoir with a clean cloth to remove any fluid.
  • Reinsert the cap and remove it again to check the fluid level. The fluid should be between the "MIN" and "MAX" marks on the reservoir.
  • If the fluid is below the minimum mark, it needs to be topped up.
4. Add Power Steering Fluid (if necessary)
  • Use the recommended power steering fluid as specified in the owner's manual (usually CHF 202 or similar).
  • Pour the fluid slowly into the reservoir until it reaches the maximum level.
  • Replace the cap securely after topping up.
