2. Remove Fuel Tank

• Tools Required: Socket set, jack and jack stands, fuel line disconnect tool.
• Safely lift the vehicle using jack and secure with jack stands.
• Remove the fuel tank shield (if equipped) by unscrewing or unbolting it.
• Disconnect fuel lines using the fuel line disconnect tool and cap the lines to prevent spillage.
• Disconnect any electrical connectors from the fuel pump and carefully lower the fuel tank.

3. Replace Fuel Pump

• Tools Required: Socket set, torque wrench, safety goggles, gloves.
• Once the tank is lowered, remove the fuel pump assembly from the tank by unscrewing the retaining ring.
