1. Preparation

  • Locate the brake fluid reservoir.

  • Secure the cap back on.
3. Bleed the Brake System
  • Tools Required: Brake bleeder kit, container for fluid, clear tubing.
  • Start with the brake farthest from the master cylinder (usually the rear passenger side).
  • Attach the tubing to the bleeder screw and place the other end in a container.
  • Have an assistant press the brake pedal several times, then hold it down.
