1. Preparation

  • Open the hood and locate the master cylinder.

  • Close the master cylinder cap securely.
3. Inspect and Replace Brake Components
  • Tools Required: Socket set, torque wrench, brake cleaner.
  • If leaks are found, replace damaged brake lines or calipers.
    • Jack up the vehicle and secure it with jack stands.
    • Remove the wheel to access the brake components.
    • For brake calipers:
      • Remove caliper mounting bolts and slide the caliper off the brake rotor.
