• Disconnect the outer tie rod ends from the steering knuckles using a tie rod puller.
• Remove any brackets or shields obstructing access to the steering rack.
• Disconnect the power steering hoses from the steering rack, using a container to catch any residual fluid.

• Carefully slide the steering rack out from the vehicle.
