Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather required tools: None needed for this process.
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked with the engine off.
2. Set Trip Meter
  1. Turn the ignition to the "ON" position without starting the engine.
  2. Press the trip meter reset button until "Trip A" is displayed on the odometer screen.
3. Reset the Maintenance Light
  1. While "Trip A" is displayed, press and hold the trip meter reset button.
  2. Continue holding the button until the maintenance light flashes and then turns off (this may take around 10 seconds).
  3. Release the trip meter reset button once the light is off.
4. Verify Reset
  1. Turn the ignition off and then back on to verify that the maintenance light is no longer illuminated.
