Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather necessary tools and parts.
  • Tools Required:
    • Phillips screwdriver
    • Flathead screwdriver or trim removal tool
  • Parts Required:
    • New cabin air filter
2. Access the Cabin Air Filter
  1. Open the glove compartment.
  2. Remove any contents from the glove compartment to ensure ease of access.
  3. Locate the two stops on either side of the glove compartment and gently squeeze them inward to allow the glove compartment to drop down completely.
3. Remove the Filter Cover
  1. Locate the cabin air filter compartment behind the glove box.
  2. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the screws securing the filter cover.
  3. Carefully pull the cover away from the compartment to expose the cabin air filter.
4. Replace the Cabin Air Filter
  1. Grasp the old cabin air filter and pull it straight out of the compartment.
