1. Preparation

• Gather all necessary tools and parts.
• Ensure the vehicle is parked on a flat surface and the engine is off.
• Use wheel chocks to prevent the vehicle from rolling.

2. Check and Replace Brake Fluid

• Tools Required: Brake fluid, funnel, clean cloth
• Steps:
  1. Remove the master cylinder cap and inspect the brake fluid level.
  2. If low, top off with the recommended brake fluid type (DOT 3 or DOT 4).
  3. If the fluid is dirty or contaminated, drain the old fluid from the master cylinder.

3. Inspect and Replace Brake Pads and Rotors

• Tools Required: Jack and jack stands, socket set, brake pad spreader, torque wrench
• Steps:
  1. Lift the vehicle using a jack and secure it with jack stands.
  2. Remove the wheel to access the brake assembly.
  3. Inspect the brake pads for thickness; replace if under 3mm.
