Solution
1. Preparation
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface.
  • Have the ignition key available.
2. Reset the Maintenance Light
  1. Turn the ignition key to the "Off" position.
  2. Press and hold the odometer/trip reset button located on the instrument cluster.
  3. While still holding the reset button, turn the ignition key to the "On" position without starting the engine.
  4. Keep holding the reset button for about 5 seconds until the maintenance light begins to flash.
  5. Once the light turns off, release the odometer/trip reset button.
  6. Turn the ignition key back to the "Off" position and then start the engine to confirm the maintenance light has been reset.
