Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather necessary tools and parts.
  • Disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent electrical shorts.
  • Ensure the engine is cool before beginning work.
2. Inspect and Replace Spark Plugs
  • Remove the ignition coil covers using a socket set.
  • Disconnect the electrical connectors from the ignition coils.
  • Remove the ignition coils and spark plugs using a spark plug socket.
  • Inspect spark plugs for wear; replace with OEM-spec plugs if necessary.
  • Reinstall the ignition coils and reconnect the electrical connectors.
3. Clean Throttle Body
  • Remove the air intake duct connected to the throttle body using a screwdriver.
  • Open the throttle plate and spray throttle body cleaner onto a clean cloth.
  • Wipe the inside of the throttle body to remove carbon buildup.
  • Reattach the air intake duct securely.
