Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather necessary tools: flathead screwdriver or a trim removal tool.
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface and the ignition is turned off.
2. Access the Cabin Air Filter
  1. Open the glove compartment.
  2. Remove any items from the glove compartment to allow full access.
  3. Locate the stop arm on the right side of the glove compartment; gently push it inward to allow the glove compartment to swing down.
  4. Identify the cabin air filter access panel, usually located behind the glove compartment.
3. Remove the Old Cabin Air Filter
  1. Release any clips or screws securing the access panel using a flathead screwdriver.
