Solution
1. Preparation
  • Tools Required: OBD-II scanner, multimeter, socket set, wrench set, torque wrench, battery terminal cleaner, engine oil dipstick.
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a flat surface and the engine is cool.
2. Battery Replacement
  1. Disconnect Battery

    • Use a wrench to remove the negative (-) terminal first, followed by the positive (+) terminal.
    • Safety Warning: Always disconnect the battery before working on electrical systems.
  2. Remove the Old Battery

    • Unbolt any securing mechanism and lift the battery out carefully.
    • Clean the battery tray to remove any corrosion.
  3. Install New Battery

    • Place the new battery in the tray and secure it with the original bolts.
    • Connect the positive (+) terminal first, followed by the negative (-) terminal.
3. Oil Change (if necessary)
  1. Drain Old Oil

    • Place a drain pan under the oil pan and remove the drain plug.
    • Allow old oil to drain completely.
  2. Replace Oil Filter

    • Use an oil filter wrench to remove the old filter.
    • Apply a thin layer of fresh oil to the gasket of the new filter and install it.
  3. Add New Engine Oil

    • Replace the drain plug and tighten it to the manufacturer's torque specification.
    • Pour the appropriate amount of new oil suitable for cold weather into the engine.
4. Spark Plug Replacement (if necessary)
  1. Remove Spark Plug Wires

    • Carefully pull off the spark plug wires to prevent damage.
  2. Remove Old Spark Plugs

    • Use a spark plug socket to unscrew and remove the old spark plugs.
  3. Install New Spark Plugs

    • Gap the new spark plugs to factory specifications and install them, tightening them to the recommended torque.
