Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather all necessary tools and parts.
  • Ensure the vehicle is on a flat surface and securely lift it with jack stands.
  • Disconnect the battery if working on electrical components.
2. Inspect and Replace Worn Components
  • Steering and Suspension:

    1. Remove the front wheels using a socket set.
    2. Inspect the tie rod ends for play; if worn, replace them.
    3. Check the ball joints for movement; if they are loose, replace the ball joints.
    4. Inspect control arms for wear; replace if necessary.
  • CV Joints:

    1. Remove the axle nut using a breaker bar.
    2. Detach the CV joint from the hub by pulling it out; if the boot is torn or the joint is damaged, replace the CV axle.
    3. Install the new CV joint or axle by inserting it back into the hub and tightening the axle nut to the manufacturer's specified torque.
3. Reassemble
  1. Reinstall the front wheels and tighten the lug nuts to the manufacturer's specified torque.
  2. Reconnect the battery if it was disconnected.
