Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather necessary tools and parts.
  • Disconnect the negative battery terminal to ensure safety.
2. Remove the Instrument Cluster
  • Remove screws securing the instrument cluster using a socket set.
  • Carefully pull the instrument cluster out from the dashboard.
  • Disconnect the wiring harness from the back of the cluster.
3. Inspect and Replace the Fuel Sending Unit (if needed)
  • Locate the fuel sending unit, usually found in the fuel tank.
  • Remove the fuel tank access panel or drop the fuel tank as necessary.
  • Disconnect the wiring harness from the fuel sending unit.
