Solution
1. Preparation
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe location with adequate power.
  • Have the vehicle in "Park" mode.
  • Ensure the vehicle is not in motion during the reset process.
2. Soft Reset
  1. Locate the two scroll wheels on the left and right sides of the steering wheel.
  2. Press and hold both scroll wheels simultaneously for about 10 seconds.
  3. Wait for the touchscreen to turn off and then turn back on, indicating a soft reset has occurred.
3. Hard Reset (if necessary)
