Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather necessary tools: multimeter, socket set, and replacement 12V battery (if needed).
  • Ensure the vehicle is in a safe location, preferably on flat terrain.
  • Disconnect the main power supply if working on high-voltage components.
2. Check and Replace 12V Battery
  • Step 1: Remove the frunk (front trunk) lid by unlocking and lifting it.
  • Step 2: Locate the 12V battery (usually on the left side of the frunk).
  • Step 3: Disconnect the negative terminal first, followed by the positive terminal. Use a socket set for this.
  • Step 4: Remove the battery hold-down bracket and lift the old battery out.
  • Step 5: Install the new 12V battery, securing it with the bracket.
  • Step 6: Reconnect the positive terminal first, then the negative terminal.
3. Reboot the Vehicle
  • Step 1: After replacing the battery, perform a soft reset again by pressing and holding both scroll wheels on the steering wheel until the screen reboots.
4. Test the System
  • Step 1: Attempt to start the vehicle by pressing the brake pedal and the start button.
  • Step 2: Check dashboard indicators for any warnings or error notifications.
