  • Remove the caliper by unscrewing the caliper bolts with a socket wrench.
  • Carefully slide the caliper off the rotor, supporting it with a bungee cord to avoid stress on the brake line.
  • Check the brake pads for wear; replace if they are below manufacturer specifications (usually 3mm).
  • Install new brake pads, ensuring they are aligned correctly in the caliper bracket.
