Solution
1. Preparation
  • Ensure the vehicle is in “Park” mode.
  • Make sure the vehicle is charged to at least 20% battery to prevent interruption during the reset.
2. Performing a Soft Reset

  • Step 2: Keep holding the scroll wheels until the touchscreen goes black (approximately 10 seconds).
