Solution
1. Preparation
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked safely and the gear is set to "Park."
  • Keep the vehicle powered on; do not turn off the ignition.
2. Soft Reset
  1. Press and hold the two scroll wheels on the steering wheel simultaneously.
  2. Hold the buttons until the screen turns black and the Tesla logo appears (approximately 10 seconds).
  3. Release the scroll wheels once the logo is visible.
3. Hard Reset (if soft reset does not work)
  1. Disconnect the vehicle from the charger if connected.
  2. Open the front trunk and locate the 12V battery.
  3. Disconnect the negative terminal of the 12V battery using a socket set (typically a 10mm socket).
  4. Wait for at least 1-2 minutes to ensure all systems are powered down.
  5. Reconnect the negative terminal securely.
  6. Power on the vehicle and check the infotainment system functionality.
