Solution
1. Preparation
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked and in "Park" mode.
  • Make sure the vehicle is turned on, but the engine is not running.
2. Perform a Soft Reset
  1. Press and hold the two scroll wheels on the steering wheel simultaneously.
  2. Hold for approximately 10 seconds until the screen turns black and the Tesla logo appears.
  3. Release the scroll wheels once the logo appears.
3. Perform a Hard Reset (if Soft Reset doesn’t work)
  1. Disconnect the 12V battery by opening the frunk and locating the battery.
  2. Use a socket wrench to remove the negative terminal of the battery.
  3. Wait for at least 5 minutes to allow the system to fully reset.
  4. Reconnect the negative terminal and tighten it securely.
  5. Start the vehicle and check if the infotainment system is operational.
