Solution
1. Preparation
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe location and the engine is turned off.
  • Gather necessary tools: a flathead screwdriver (if needed for panel removal).
2. Perform a Soft Reset
  1. Press and hold the "Power" button located on the infotainment screen for approximately 10 seconds.
  2. Wait for the screen to turn off and then release the button.
  3. The system will reboot; wait for it to restart completely.
3. Perform a Hard Reset (if soft reset fails)
  1. Turn off the vehicle and remove the key fob from the ignition (if applicable).
  2. Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery using a socket wrench.
  3. Wait for at least 10 minutes to allow any residual power to dissipate.
  4. Reconnect the negative terminal securely.
  5. Start the vehicle and check if the infotainment system is functioning properly.
