Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather necessary tools: clean cloth or paper towel.
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a flat surface, and the engine is off.
2. Locate the Dipstick
  • Open the hood of the vehicle.
  • Identify the dipstick, which is usually marked with a colored handle.
3. Check Oil Level
  • Pull the dipstick out of the tube.
  • Wipe the dipstick with a clean cloth to remove any oil.
  • Reinsert the dipstick fully into the tube.
  • Pull the dipstick out again and check the oil level against the markings on the dipstick.
  • If the oil is below the minimum mark, additional oil is needed.
4. Add Oil (if necessary)
  • If oil needs to be added, locate the oil filler cap, usually labeled.
  • Remove the cap and use a funnel to pour the appropriate type of oil into the engine.
  • Add oil gradually and recheck the level with the dipstick until it reaches the desired level.
