1. Preparation

• Gather necessary tools and parts.
• Park the vehicle on a level surface and engage the parking brake.
• Disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent any electrical issues.

2. Inspect and Replace Wheel Bearings

• Tools Required: Socket set, torque wrench, wheel bearing puller, hammer.
• Remove the left front wheel by loosening the lug nuts and lifting the vehicle with a jack.
• Inspect the wheel bearing for play by shaking the wheel. If there is movement, the bearing needs replacement.
• To replace, remove the brake caliper and rotor, then use a wheel bearing puller to remove the old bearing.
• Install the new wheel bearing and reassemble the components, ensuring all fasteners are torqued to manufacturer specifications.

3. Check and Replace CV Joint (if necessary)

• Tools Required: Socket set, CV joint puller.
• If the CV joint is damaged, remove the axle from the transmission side using a CV joint puller.
• Replace the CV joint assembly with a new one, ensuring proper alignment and securing the fasteners to the specified torque.
