my Skoda Octavia NFL (2020-Present) won't start and just clicks what should I do

• Tools Required: OBD-II scanner, multimeter, socket set, torque wrench, wire brush, safety gloves.
• Disconnect the negative battery terminal to ensure safety while working on electrical components.

2. Battery Inspection

• Remove the battery from the vehicle.
• Clean the battery terminals using a wire brush to remove any corrosion.
• Test the battery with a multimeter; if the voltage is below 12.4 volts, recharge or replace the battery.

3. Starter Motor Inspection

• Reconnect the battery and locate the starter motor.
• Disconnect the starter motor wiring harness.
• Use a multimeter to check for voltage at the starter terminal when the ignition is turned to the start position.
• If there is no voltage, the issue may be with the ignition switch or wiring.

4. Replace Components (if required)

• If the battery is faulty, replace it with a new, compatible battery.
• If the starter motor is not receiving power, inspect and replace any damaged wiring or connectors.
• If the starter motor is faulty, remove it using the socket set, and replace it with a new starter motor, ensuring to torque the mounting bolts to the manufacturer’s specifications.
