1. Preparation

• Gather tools and materials: oil filter wrench, socket set, drain pan, new engine oil, new oil filter, and safety gloves.
• Ensure the vehicle is on a level surface and the engine is turned off and cool.

2. Check and Top-Up Oil Level

• Sub-step 1: Remove the dipstick and wipe it clean; reinsert it to check the oil level.
• Sub-step 2: If the oil level is low, remove the oil filler cap and add the appropriate type of oil (check the owner’s manual for specifications) until the level is correct.

3. Change Engine Oil and Filter
