Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather necessary tools: flathead screwdriver, replacement battery (CR2032), and OBD-II scanner.
  • Ensure the vehicle is in a safe location with the ignition off.
2. Replace Key Fob Battery
  1. Use the flathead screwdriver to gently pry open the key fob casing.

  2. Remove the old battery from the key fob.

  3. Insert the new CR2032 battery, ensuring the positive (+) side is facing up.

  4. Snap the key fob casing back together securely.
