2. Inspect and Replace Coolant

• Tools Required: Coolant flush kit, funnel, wrench set, coolant.
• Steps:
  1. Remove the coolant reservoir cap slowly to release pressure.
  2. Drain the old coolant from the radiator using a drain pan.
  3. Flush the cooling system with water to remove any debris.
  4. Refill with a mixture of 50/50 antifreeze and distilled water.
  5. Replace the coolant reservoir cap securely.

3. Replace Thermostat (if faulty)

• Tools Required: Socket set, torque wrench, new thermostat, gasket.
• Steps:
  1. Drain coolant from the system again to below the thermostat level.
  2. Disconnect the hoses attached to the thermostat housing.
  3. Remove the thermostat housing bolts and take off the housing.
