Solution
1. Preparation
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface.
  • Gather necessary tools: clean rag or paper towel.
2. Locate and Remove Dipstick
  • Open the hood and secure it.
  • Locate the oil dipstick; it is usually near the engine and marked with a distinct color.
  • Grip the dipstick handle and pull it straight out of the tube.
3. Clean and Reinsert Dipstick
  • Wipe the dipstick with a clean rag to remove all oil.
  • Fully reinsert the dipstick back into the tube to ensure it is seated correctly.
4. Check Oil Level
  • Remove the dipstick again and hold it horizontally.
  • Observe the oil level on the dipstick; it should be between the “MIN” and “MAX” indicators.
5. Add Oil if Necessary
  • If the oil level is below the "MIN" mark, prepare to add oil.
  • Remove the oil filler cap (located on top of the engine).
  • Using a funnel, add the appropriate type of oil (refer to the owner’s manual for specifications).
  • Add oil gradually, checking the dipstick frequently until the desired level is reached.
  • Replace the oil filler cap securely.
