Solution
1. Preparation
  • Tools Required:

    • Funnel
    • Clean cloth or paper towels
    • Gloves
    • Transmission fluid (Honda ATF DW-1)
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface with the engine running.

2. Check Fluid Level
  1. Pull out the transmission dipstick and wipe it clean with a cloth.
  2. Reinsert the dipstick fully and remove it again to check the fluid level.
  3. Inspect the fluid color and consistency. It should be a clear red color and not smell burnt.
3. Add Transmission Fluid
  1. If the fluid is low, use a funnel to add Honda ATF DW-1 fluid through the dipstick tube.
  2. Add fluid gradually, checking the level frequently to avoid overfilling.
  3. Once the correct level is achieved (between the "Low" and "Full" marks), reinsert the dipstick and ensure it is seated properly.
