Solution

1. Preparation

• Tools Required: Radiator funnel, coolant.
• Remove the radiator cap carefully to relieve pressure.
• Inspect the coolant level; if low, add the appropriate coolant mixture (50/50 water and coolant).
• Replace the radiator cap securely.

3. Replace Thermostat (if faulty)

• Tools Required: Socket set, gasket scraper, torque wrench.
• Drain the coolant from the radiator until the level is below the thermostat housing.
• Remove the thermostat housing by unscrewing the bolts (apply torque as per specifications).
