1. Preparation
  • Gather necessary tools: small flathead screwdriver, new CR2032 battery, and a clean workspace.
  • Ensure you are in an area free from distractions.
2. Open the Key Fob
  • Use the small flathead screwdriver to gently pry open the key fob casing.
  • Be cautious to avoid damaging the clips holding the fob together.
3. Replace the Battery
  • Remove the old battery and dispose of it properly.
  • Install the new CR2032 battery, ensuring the positive (+) side is facing up.
  • Reassemble the key fob by snapping it back together securely.
4. Test the Key Fob
