1. Preparation
  • Gather necessary tools: vehicle key, and ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface.
  • Ensure the engine is off and the keys are out of the ignition.
2. Access Maintenance Menu
  • Insert the key into the ignition and turn to the "ON" position (do not start the engine).
  • Wait for the dashboard lights to illuminate.
3. Reset Maintenance Light
  • Locate the "Select/Reset" button on the instrument panel.
  • Press the "Select/Reset" button repeatedly until the maintenance menu appears on the display.
  • Scroll to the "Oil Life" option using the same button.
  • Press and hold the "Select/Reset" button until the display shows "Reset." Release the button.
  • Confirm the reset by pressing and holding the "Select/Reset" button again until the oil life resets to 100%.
