Solution
1. Preparation
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface with the ignition off.
  • Have the keys ready to access the ignition.
2. Turn Ignition On
  • Turn the ignition key to the "ON" position without starting the engine.
  • Confirm that all dashboard lights illuminate, including the maintenance light.
3. Set Odometer to Trip A
  • Use the "Select/Reset" button on the dashboard to toggle the display until "Trip A" is shown.
  • Ensure "Trip A" is selected before proceeding.
4. Power Off Ignition
  • Turn the ignition off completely. Do not remove the key or press the start button.
5. Reset Procedure
  • Press and hold the "Select/Reset" button on the dashboard.
  • While holding the button, turn the ignition back to the "ON" position.
  • Continue to hold the button for about 10 seconds until the maintenance light blinks and goes out.
