1. Preparation

    • Battery terminal cleaner or wire brush
    • Multimeter
  • Safety Warnings:

2. Disconnect the Old Battery
  • Open the hood and locate the battery.
  • Using a wrench, loosen and remove the negative (-) battery terminal first, followed by the positive (+) terminal.
  • Disconnect the battery hold-down clamp using the appropriate socket or wrench.
3. Remove the Old Battery
