Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather necessary tools: flathead screwdriver, Phillips screwdriver.
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a flat surface and the engine is turned off.
2. Access the Cabin Air Filter
  • Open the glove box and remove any contents.
  • Locate the two stops on the sides of the glove box; press these stops inward to fully lower the glove box.
  • Unscrew the screws that secure the cabin air filter cover (if applicable) using the Phillips screwdriver.
3. Remove the Old Cabin Air Filter
  • Carefully pull out the cabin air filter cover.
  • Slide the old cabin air filter out of its housing, noting the orientation for the new filter.
4. Install the New Cabin Air Filter
  • Take the new cabin air filter and ensure it is oriented the same way as the old filter (check for airflow direction indicators).
  • Slide the new filter into the housing until it is fully seated.
5. Reassemble the Components
