Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather necessary tools:
    • Funnel (if checking via fill plug)
    • Lint-free cloth
    • Safety gloves
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface and the engine is warmed up.
2. Check Transmission Fluid Level
  • For vehicles with a dipstick:

    1. Insert the cleaned dipstick back into the tube and remove it again.
    2. Check the fluid level on the dipstick. It should be between the "Full" and "Add" marks.
    3. If low, add the appropriate transmission fluid through the dipstick tube using a funnel.
  • For vehicles without a dipstick (fill plug method):

    1. Remove the fill plug on the side of the transmission housing.
    2. Use a finger to check the fluid level; it should be just below the fill hole.
    3. If low, add the appropriate transmission fluid through the fill hole using a funnel until it begins to seep out.
3. Replace Dipstick or Fill Plug
  • Reinstall the dipstick securely or replace the fill plug and ensure it's tightened to avoid leaks.
