Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather necessary tools: Lint-free cloth or paper towel.
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface.
2. Check Oil Level
  1. Remove the Dipstick: Pull the dipstick out of the tube carefully.
  2. Clean the Dipstick: Wipe the dipstick with a lint-free cloth to remove oil residue.
  3. Reinsert the Dipstick: Insert the dipstick back into its tube fully.
  4. Remove and Inspect: Pull the dipstick out again to check the oil level. The oil should be between the "MIN" and "MAX" marks on the dipstick.
  5. Evaluate Oil Condition: Check the oil's color and consistency. It should be a clear amber color; if it is dark or gritty, consider an oil change.
3. Add Oil (if necessary)
  1. Locate the Oil Filler Cap: This is usually labeled and located near the engine.
  2. Remove the Oil Filler Cap: Turn counterclockwise to remove.
  3. Add Oil: Use a funnel to pour in the correct type of oil (consult the owner’s manual for specifications) until the level reaches the "MAX" mark on the dipstick.
  4. Replace the Oil Filler Cap: Ensure that it is secured tightly.
