1. Preparation

2. Resetting the Maintenance Light
  1. Ignition On: Insert the key and turn the ignition to the "ON" position without starting the engine.
  2. Set Odometer: Verify that the odometer is displaying the total mileage (not the trip meter).
  3. Turn Off Ignition: Turn the ignition key to the "OFF" position.
  4. Press Select/Reset Button: Locate the "Select/Reset" button on the instrument cluster and press and hold it.
  5. Ignition On Again: While still holding the button, turn the ignition back to the "ON" position.
  6. Hold Until Light Blinks: Continue to hold the "Select/Reset" button until the maintenance light starts to blink and then extinguishes.
