4. Bleed the Brake System
  • Start by having an assistant press the brake pedal while you open the bleeder valve on the farthest brake caliper.
  • Allow fluid and air to escape until a steady stream of fluid flows from the bleeder valve, then close the valve before the assistant releases the pedal.
  • Repeat this process for each brake caliper, moving from farthest to nearest to the master cylinder.
